Simon Møkster Shipping AS is pleased to announce that Vår Energi has declared their option for one more year of service for the Stril Barents. The vessel has already served almost 12 years in the Barents Sea for Vår Energi and their partners.
The Stril Barents is a combined Emergency Rescue and Response Vessel and PSV offering full underdeck capacities and emergency services. It is powered by LNG and also forms an integral part of the oil spill response system in the region.
