Simon Møkster Shipping is a strong believer in collaboration between industry actors when it comes to enhancing safety. In 2021, we joined the Always Safe initiative as the first offshore shipping company. Always Safe is a web-based platform made as a collaboration between Equinor, Aker BP, Vår Energi and ConocoPhillips. The content on the web platform is open for all operators and suppliers. The purpose of the initiative is to strengthen the industry’s safety culture and work together towards zero major accidents and avoid injuries and undesirable incidents in our daily work. The Always Safe web platform provides quarterly learning packages focusing on various aspect of health and safety in the offshore industry.
