THE COMPANY'S HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT & QUALITY (QSHE) POLICY

Based on the zero injuries philosophy of Simon Møkster Shipping AS, we have built a quality system in accordance with the rules of EN-ISO, where the QSHE regulations are integrated. The quality system is supported by the data-program Unisea.

The quality system is supported by the data-program Unisea. In addition to internal demands and contract standard, the system covers all relevant external demands including security.


An integrated quality system has been developed, implemented and certified in accordance with EN-ISO 9001.
The integrated system also cover the enviromental standard EN-ISO: 14001
Regulations on systematic health, environment and safety work within companies.

The company produces an annual QSHE program with supportive action plans for continuous improvement.

Our newest vessels represents a considerable reduction of pollution and noise levels compared to conventional vessels. Several of our vessels are certified in accordanse  with clean class and / or comfort class.

Owners intentions are to aim for 0 injuries and 0 job related illnesses.

QSHE Manager is designated as the management`s representative, (designated person) to
co-ordinate and supervise our QSHE-system incl. ISM/ISPS. A personnel safety representative has been elected, for both the offices and onboard each vessel.
